摘要
以青藤碱制剂（风痛宁片）为例对药物累积法与血药浓度法进行相关性研究，结果表明：两种方法的测定数据存在较好的线性相关；药动学参数ＡＵＣ一致，但其它参数则存在差异；对药物累积法的数据进行药动学拟合时宜按静脉给药的方式进行；药物的性质影响其体内过程，同时也与药物累积法的应用有关。
The correlation between drug accumulation method and blood─drug concentration method was studied with Tuduranine Tablets─as a sample. As a result,a good linear correlation exists in the data got by two method;pharmacodynamic parameters(AUC)were basically same,but there are difference among other parameters. When the data got by drug accumulation method are imitated by blood─drug concentration method, it is wise to use intravenons administration way,The process of preparation in body is influenced by not only the property of preparation,but also the application of drug accumulation method.
