摘要
目的:通过使用HZY-1型高原增氧呼吸器负荷运动后观察视网膜动态的方法,评价对初入海拔3700m移居者生理功能的改善状况。方法:选择首次进入海拔3700m20d的某部青年男性12人,均为平原出生,确认健康。使用面罩式增氧呼吸器进行EGM型自行车功量仪负荷运动后(负荷指标:W250,P175次/min^180次/min)10min在简易暗室内小瞳孔下检查眼底,以平原健康青年眼底为标准[1]。10d后,不使用增氧呼吸器进行同负荷量运动后重复检查。结果:使用增氧呼吸器负荷运动后10min,视乳头、视网膜静脉发生轻度(±)充血、怒张改变,视网膜及动脉基本无改变(-),无改变率为100%(12人),不使用增氧呼吸器负荷运动后10min,视乳头呈中度(+)充血改变、静脉怒张呈中度(+)改变、视网膜渗出呈轻度(±)改变,改变率为100.0%(12人)。结论:使用增氧呼吸器负荷运动后能显著减轻视网膜缺氧性改变。
Objective: To observe changes of retina of immigrants loaded exercise using the type HZY-- 1 add--oxygen--breath--instrument at altitude of 3700m. Methods: 12 young soldiers, who exposed to al- titude of 3 700m for 20 day, were performed the loading exercise tests (indexes of efficiency: 225W, 175~180 beats per minuters) by the EGM bicycle ergometer using the type HZY--1 add--oxygen--breath--instrument and received eyeground examination after 10 minutes exercise in sample darkroom and at high altitude. 10 days later, we examined eyeground again following loaded exercise without add--oxygen--breath--instrument. Results: The optic papolla and retinal vena had changes of longitudinal(±) hyperemia and engorgement in all subjects using add--oxygen--breath--instrument after 10 minutes loading exercise, but no changes(-)in the retina and its artery (100 %, 12/12). The optic papolla engorgement and vena hyperemia had moderate (+) congestion and vena retinal bleeding(± ) without add-- oxygen-- breath-- instrument(100 %). Conclusions: It can decrease the hypoxic injury of retina in subjects loading exercise when they use the add-- oxygen-- breath-- instrument at high altitude.
