西宁地区正常人的红细胞免疫功能研究

Immunological Function Research of Erythrocyte Among Healthy People in Xining Area

目的:了解掌握西宁地区正常人红细胞免疫功能的正常值。方法:按文献[1]采用郭峰建立的最常用的三种检测指标和方法。结果:西宁地区健康人三种红细胞花环率(%):补体C3b受体花环率(R-C3bR)、红细胞免疫复合物IC花环率(R-ICR)、红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环率(R-TRR)分别为13.47±3.05,3.61±1.46,31.32±6.06。结论:西宁地区正常人三种花环率正常值与外省各地区的正常值有显著差别,数值较外地低下。三种花环率与性别之间无显著性差别。

Objective： To understand the normal Value of immunological function among healthy people in Xining Area. Methods：This study was performed by the method established by Guo Feng that as common three monitoring indexes and methods.
