摘要
在已经建立的驱蚊香草试管苗快速繁殖体系基础上,在已经筛选出的最佳增殖和生根培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+进行增殖和生根试验.结果表明:适当提高Ca2+的浓度,可以延长驱蚊香草试管苗的正常增殖生长周期;不同浓度的Ca2+处理对驱蚊香草试管苗增殖的影响要大于对其生根的影响;驱蚊香草试管苗体内Ca2+含量与试验培养基中Ca2+浓度成线性正相关.
Based on the established optimal tissure culture system for pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii, the different concentrations of Ca^2+ were supplemented into the media to test their effects on prolifertion and rooting of pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii. It was found that Pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii proliferation period can be prolonged in proper concentration of Ca^2+. It was also found that Ca^2+ erected more influences on proliferation than on rooting of Pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii. Moreover, the Ca^2+ levels in the test-tube plantlets were measured,the results showed that Ca^2+ levels in Dlantlets presented positive corelation with those in the media.
