摘要
５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）可刺激体外培养的兔气道平滑肌细胞（ａｉｒｗａｙｓｍｏｏｔｈｍｕｓｃｌｅｃｅｌｌ，ＡＳＭＣ）增生。５－ＨＴ受体拮抗剂能抑制其促增殖作用。提示５－ＨＴ可能在哮喘气道平滑肌增厚的病理改变中起到重要作用。
Serotonin could stimulate the growth of cultured rabbit airway smooth muscle cell (ASMC) in vitro ( P <0.01);while inhibitor of 5-HT receptor could block the stimulation produced by 5-HT plus iproniazid ( P <0.01). This effect suggested that 5-HT may be very important in the hyperplasia of airway smooth muscle observed in ashma.
