Present Status and Development Trend for Preservation of Fruit and Vegetables

研究开发、推广应用果蔬保鲜技术,改变我国果蔬保鲜技术落后现状,推进果蔬贮藏保鲜业发展,拉长果蔬产业链,既是农业增效农民增收的有效途径和繁荣市场的需要,也是各级农机化部门面临的新任务。本文在调研基础上,结合宁波市北仑区农机总站承担的果蔬贮藏保鲜项目实施情况,分析了果蔬贮藏保鲜业发展现状与趋势,提出了发展果蔬贮藏保鲜业对策措施。

The research, development and generalization of fruit and vegetables preservation technology will improve its industry status of our country. It will also increase the fruit and vegetables product chain, enrich farmers and boom the market. So it＇s a new task of agricultural mechanical management department. Based on investigation and research, combined the fruit and vegetables preservation projects taken by Ningbo Beilun agricultural mechanical management, the present status and development trend for the industry of storage and preservation of fruit and vegetables were analyzed and presented in this paper. And the strategies and measures for developing this industry were put forward accordingly.
