摘要
分析直连式存储(DAS)、网络附加存储(NAS)、存储区域网络(SAN)3种存储技术;提出数字图书馆存储系统应是将SAN与NAS两种系统积极融合、取长补短、针对不同应用实行分级存储的体系,而FC-SAN是进行大容量、高速块级数据存取的唯一选择,iSCSI-SAN代表着发展方向;认为数字图书馆备份系统将是传统的磁带库备份与D2D、VTL并存的格局。
With the guidance of modern storage technologies, this paper elaborates that the storage system in digital libraries is a perfect combination and a complement to SAN and NAS, and it is an advanced storage system in terms of its application at all levels. However, FC-SAN is the best choice for huge data access at high speed, but iSCSI-SAN directs the future development. The backup system in digital libraries will be a combining pattern of traditional tape databases, D2D and VTL.
