烤烟不育系种子贮藏过程中发芽率变化研究

Study on Male-Sterile Seed Germination Percentage Change of Flue-cured Tobacco During Its Storage

通过比较在不同贮藏条件下、采用不同包装材料包装烤烟不育系种子，对不同品种（不育系云烟85和不育系云烟87）、不同产地的烤烟发芽率变化的研究，结果表明：（1）烤烟不育系种子在种子贮藏室中（16～18℃）布袋装保存，效果最好；接着是在冷藏条件下贮藏种子；而在冷冻条件下贮藏种子，效果稍差。（2）贮藏烤烟种子，效果较好的包装材料是用布袋、棕色瓶、塑料袋，其次是用纸袋。（3）贮藏条件对烤炯种子贮藏期间发芽率的影响较大，而产地、品种和包装材料对烤烟种子贮藏期间发芽率的影响较小。最后。指出生产上宜采用在种子贮藏室中（16～18℃）布袋装的方法来保存烤烟不育系种子。

Comparing the flue-cured tobacco male-sterile seed germination change of different varieties, with the seeds produced in different places and stored under different storage conditions with different package materials. The results showed that （ 1 ） for the storage conditions, storage chamber （ 16 18 ℃ ） and packed in cloth-bags was best, followed with storage under cold-freeze condition, storage under freeze condition. （2） For the package materials, cloth-bags, the brown-colored glass bottles, the plastic bags were better, followed by the paper bags. （3） The storage conditions imposed bigger effects on the seed germination percentage than the seed producing places, the varieties and packaging materials. The results suggest that it is suitable for flue-cured tobacco male-sterile seed be stored under storage chamber （16 -18 ℃ ） and packed in cloth-bags.
