益母草GAP栽培技术研究

Study on Cultivation Technique of GAP of Leonurus japonicus

目的对鲜益母草实行规范化栽培(GAP)技术研究。方法以国家食品药品监督管理局发布的《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)为指导原则,研究影响鲜益母草优质高产的各项关键因子。结果确定了鲜益母草的规范化种植技术规程。结论开展鲜益母草GAP种植,通过严格选地、合理施用肥料、界定适宜的生长周期、施用无公害农药等措施可有效地控制药材中有害重金属的残留量,提高鲜益母草的产量和质量。

Objective To study the standardization cultivation technique of the fresh Leonurusjaponicus Houtt. Methods According to instructive rules of production quality and standard of management of Chinese Medical Materials（GAP）, to study the key factors which influent high quality and high yield of Leonurusjaponicus Houtt..Results The standardized cultivation technique of the fresh Leonurusjaponicus Houtt. was established. Conclusion It can effectively control remains of poisonous heavy metals and raise yield and quality of the fresh Leonurus japonicus Houtt.,through the methods of selecting land strictly, rational applying fertilizer, fitting growth cycle being defined, applying pollution-free insecticides, to establish a new measure of GAP cultivation.
