复方土荆酊剂抑菌、抗炎止痒作用研究

Effects of Reliving Itch and Anti-inflammatory and Bacteriostasis of Compound Tujing Tincture

目的探讨复方土荆酊剂治疗皮肤癣疾的药效作用和作用特点,为其临床应用提供药效学依据。方法倍数稀释法观察体外对皮肤真菌的抑制作用;患处涂药观察对实验性豚鼠皮肤癣的治疗作用;局部给药观察对大鼠足肿胀和小鼠足肿胀的影响。结果复方土荆酊剂对常见致癣皮肤真菌絮状皮肤癣菌和石膏样癣菌均有明显的抑制作用,对实验性皮肤“癣”也有明显的治疗作用及抗炎止痒作用。结论复方土荆酊剂对真菌感染而致的皮肤癣有肯定的治疗作用。

Objective To study pharmacodynamics effects of Compound Tujing Tincture on dermatosis infected dermatophyte. Methods The pharmacological functions of Compound Tujing Tincture were observed by multiple dilution showing its effects of reliving itch and anti-inflammatory and bacteriostasis,etc. Results Compound Tujing Tincture had obviously the effect of controlling Epidermophyton and Trichophytongypseum,it also had obviously curative effect for experimental dermatophyte; otherwise, it had anti-inflammatory and reliving pruritus effects. Conclusion Compound Tujing Tincture had certainly curative effect on dermatosis infected dermatophyte.
