HPLC法测定菘黄感冒颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Songhuang Ganmao Granule by HPLC

目的建立测定菘黄感冒颗粒剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为大连依利特ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈:0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶50)流速:0.80 mL/min检测波长:265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围是7.48μg/mL^37.4μg/mL,r=0.999 9平均回收率为96.48%RSD为0.57%结论用该法测定菘黄感冒颗粒剂中盐酸小檗碱含量,操作简单,重复性好,精密度高。

Object To establish HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Songhuang ganmao granule. Methods C18column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm ,5 μm） was used,with 0.05 mol·L^-1 of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution -acetonitrile（50 ： 40） as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear of berberine hydrochloride was in the rang of 7.48 ×37. 4 μg,r=0. 999 9. The average recovery was 96.48% and RSD was 0.57% , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
