摘要
目的测定润肠口服液与决明子药材中游离、结合大黄酚的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱条件为:展开剂甲醇-水-高氯酸(80∶20∶0.1);检测波长:257 nm。结果润肠口服液与决明子药材中游离、结合大黄酚的含量分别为口服液:0.043 4 mg/mL、0.487 6 mg/mL;决明子:0.241 1 mg/g、2.872 3 mg/g。结论所建立的方法简单、灵敏、重现性好。
Objective To determine the content of free and conjugated chrysophanol from Runchang Oral Liquid and medicinal material of Semen cassiae. Methods RP HPLC was used with methanol-water- perchloric acid （80：20 ： 0.1, V/V） as mobile phase, determination wavelength was at 257nm. Results The content of free and conjugated chrysophanol in Runchang Oral Liquid was 0. 043 4 mg·mL^-1 and 0. 487 6 mg· mL^-1, respectively; and in Semen cassiae was 0.241 1 mg·g^-1 and 2. 872 3mg·g^-1, respectively. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive, and reproducible.
