摘要 目的建立菊花脑中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱测定法。色谱条件All-tima C18柱;以乙睛-0.5%磷酸水溶液(3∶7)为流动相;流速1 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长350 nm,。结果在0.096 8 mg/mL^0.484 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率为101.02%,RSD=0.53%。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可作为菊花脑中木犀草素的含量测定方法。 Objective To establish determination Mezz. Methods HPLC was determined on Allitima R H3PO4 (3 : 7) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 of luteolin in Chrysanthemum nankingense Hand- P Clacolumn,using rinse fluid of acetonitrile- 0.5% , UV detection wavelength was at 350 nm, column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The quantitative evaluation of luteolin had the linear range of 0. 096 8 mg ·mL^-1 ~0. 484 0 mg ·mL^-1 , the average recovery was 99. 33% and RSD was 1. 98%, respectively. Conclusion The method was reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for determination of luteolin in Chrysanthemum nankingense Hand-Mezz.
