工业生产中聚氨酯预聚物NCO含量测定方法的改进

Amelioration of measuring method of NCO content of polyurethane prepolymer in industrial production

通过对生产中常用4种不同NCO含量的聚氨酯预聚物样品进行平行测定,找出测定步骤中加入二正丁胺后反应时间长短对NCO测定结果的影响。确定工业化生产聚氨酯预聚物中NCO测定的适宜时间,从而提高了检测效率。

Passed the parallel measurements of NCO content of some polyurethane prepolymer samples, this paper presented the effect of reaction time after adding di（n-butyl） amine to the system on NCO content measuring result. Through determining the appropriate measuring time for NCO content of polyurethane prepolymer in industrial production the efficiency of measuring work was increased.
