摘要
对水性压敏胶应用于表面保护膜过程中出现的“塔形”现象进行了探讨,具体分析了水性压敏胶、基材、固化剂、环境温度,以及保护膜生产工艺对“塔形”现象的影响,并提出了相应的解决办法。
This article describes the "tower shape" phenomenon of surface protective film coated by water-borne pressure sensitive adhesive and analyzes the influence of water-borne PSA, substrate, crosslinker, temperature and production process of surface protective film on the "tower shape" phenomenon. Based on that, we provide some solutions of the "tower shape"phenomenon.
