摘要
以γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和四硫化二钠为原料,采用程控升温的方法合成了双-[3-(三乙氧基)硅丙基]四硫化物(Si-69)。得出了合成Si-69的最佳工艺条件:Na2S4、γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和溶剂无水乙醇的质量比为1∶2∶2,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3h,在此工艺条件下合成Si—69的产率为95·5%,硫的质量分数为22·7%。
Bis[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide was synthesized by step heating with γ-chloropropyl-triethoxysilane and Na_2S_4 as raw materials. The optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of Na_2S_4 and γ-chloropropyl-triethoxysilane was 1∶2, the mass ratio of Na_2S_4 and none-water alcohol was 1∶2, temperature was 79~81℃, and reacting time was 3 hours, the yield of Si-69 was 95.5% with 22.7% sulfur.
