摘要
东阳市横锦水库除险加固工程利用现状溢洪道泄洪,溢洪道平面布置、水力条件复杂,而设计标准较现状大幅提高。通过水工模型试验研究,指出了原布置方案中存在的吸气漩涡、冲击波、消能等问题,并在尽量利用现有工程设施的基础上,针对性地提出了经济合理、安全可行的优化布局措施,以确保工程泄洪安全。
The original spillway is used in improving Hengiin Reservoir in Dongyang City, with complex plan layout and hydraulic conditions, as well as higher design standard. It shows through the model test that sucking eddy, shock wave and energy dissipation exist in the original layout plan. On the basis of fully utilized present engineering device, an economic and safe layout plan has been put forward to ensure flood discharging safely.
