针刺老年雌性大鼠足三里、关元穴对脑组织抗氧化影响的实验研究

The experimental research on influence of the content of the NO、SOD and MDA by acupuncturing "Zu San Li" and "Guan Yuan" point of brain tissues of the old pantheress big rats

目的:探讨针刺对老年雌性大鼠脑组织抗氧化作用。方法:选用雌性Wistar大鼠为自然老年模型,以电针针刺足三里、关元穴28天后测定组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。结果:针刺足三里、关元穴能够提高老年雌性大鼠脑组织NO含量及SOD活性,降低MDA的含量,与老年对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺老年雌性大鼠“足三里”、“关元”穴能够提高其脑组织的抗氧化能力。

Objective:to explain effect of acupuncture on brain of the old big rats.Method: Choose to use pantheress wistar big rat in an as the nature menopause model,and give an electric shock the needle pinprick 'ZUSANLI 'for 28 days of 'GUANYUAN 'for,measure brains' the content of NO、SOD and MDA.Results:After acupuncturing SOD activity and NO content remarkably was raised,MDA content remarkably was decreased in Brain tissues of the old pantheress big rats.It is significantly different from the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion: To acupuncture 'ZUSANLI' and 'GUANYUAN' point had a remarkable effect on antioxidase in Brain tissues of the old pantheress big rats.
