摘要
目的研究endoglin(CD105)标记的微血管密度(microvesessel density,MVD)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜复杂性增生及正常子宫内膜的表达,探讨CD105-MVD及VEGF值与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测了25例子宫内膜癌、10例复杂性增生、8例正常增生期内膜中CD105和VEGF的表达,计数MVD值,用CD105-MVD与临床参数进行分析。结果子宫内膜癌、复杂性增生及正常内膜CD105-MVD值依次为28.680±5.808、28.467±5.242、12.667±2.575。内膜癌、复杂性增生组显著高于正常组,CD105-MVD值与临床分期、浸润肌层深度及局部淋巴结转移有关;VEGF在内膜癌组的阳性表达率(80%),显著高于复杂增生组(30%)和正常组(20%),VEGF与临床参数无关,CD105与VEGF具有显著相关性。结论CD105是影响子宫内膜癌发生与发展的重要因素,可能与患者的预后有关。
Objective To study the expression of endoglin(CD105) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in endometrial carcinoma(EC), complex endometrial hyperplasia(CH) and normal proliferative endometrium. To investigate the relationship between CD105-MVD (microvesessel density), VEGF and the clinicopathologic factors. Methods The expression of CD105 and VEGF in endometrium was detected with immunohistochemistry in 25 cases of EC, 10 cases of CH and 8 cases of normal proliferative endometrium. The MVD value was counted. The relation ship between CD105-MVD and the clinicopathologic factors was analyzed. Results The CD105-MVD value in EC, CH and normal endometrium was 28. 680±5. 808,28. 467±5. 242 and 12. 667±2. 575 respectively. The CD105-MVD value of EC group and CH group was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium. CD105-MVD was significantly correlated with the clinical stage, depth of infiltrating muscular layer and the focal lymph node metastasis. The VEGF positive expression rate (80%) in EC group was significantly higher than that in CH group (30%) and normal group (20%). VEGF was not correlated with the clinicopathologic factors. VEGF was significantly correclated with the CD105-MVD. Conclusion CD105 is an important factor which influences the development of the EC and probably related with the prognosis of EC.
