配伍减低关木通中马兜铃酸A溶出量的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的通过反相高效液相色谱法观察传统复方导赤散及其拆方与关木通药液中马兜铃酸A的溶出量,探讨复方配伍与马兜铃酸A溶出量的相关性。方法以C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(67∶32∶1)为流动相,检测波长315 nm。结果复方药液中马兜铃酸A溶出量明显低于单味关木通药液41%以上;而含有关木通+竹叶各组马兜铃酸A的溶出量均低,其中关木通+竹叶组较单味药关木通降低了62%。结论传统复方导赤散配伍形式确有减低其马兜铃酸A溶出量的作用,且竹叶配伍作用最为显著。 Objective To research the concentration of aristolochic acid A in the traditional compound DaoChiSan and Manchurian Dutchmanspipe by RP-HPLC, in order to discuss the between relationship the compatibility of compound and aristolochic acid A. Methods The content was determined on C18 column(250 min×4.6 mm,5μm). carbinol-water-glacial acetic acid(67 :32 :1)as molile phase with detection wavelength 315 nm. Results The concentration of aristolochic acid A in compound DaoChiSan was 41% lower than the Manchurian Dutchmanspipe; The concentration of aristolochic acid A in each group of compound Manchurian Dutchmanspipe and bamboo leaf were reduced. The group of Manchurian Dutchmanspipe and bamboo leaf was 62% lower than the Manchurian Dutchmanspipe. Conclusion The compatibility of traditional compound could reduce the concentration of aristolochic acid A,and the effect of bamboo leaf was most significant among traditional Chinese medicines in the preparation.
