放射性肺炎中医辨识初探

Preliminary Study of Chinese Medicine on Radio Pneumonia

目的探讨放射性肺炎的中医证候学规律。方法通过对经治32例放射性肺炎的临床表现、治疗方法及预后、中医辨证分型及治法进行回顾性分析。结果中医辨证以气阴两虚证、热毒炽盛证为主,治疗以益气养阴润肺法、清热解毒法、活血化瘀法最为常用。结论放射性肺炎的基本病机是本虚标实,阴伤、气虚、血瘀、热毒是病机要点,临床上主要表现为气阴两虚、热毒炽盛兼血瘀证,益气养阴润燥、清热解毒基础上加用活血化瘀是其治疗大法。

[Objective] Explore the TCM syndrome rule of radio pneumonia. [Method] Make retrospective analysis on the clinical symptoms, treatment and prognosis, TCM differentiation types of 32 cases of radio pneumonia. [Result] TCM differentiation mainly centers on deficiency of both Qi and Yin and excessive heat toxin, the treatment is always to nourish Qi and Yin to moisten lung, clear heat to remove toxin and activate blood circulation to remove stasis. [Conclusion] The basic mechanism of radio pneu monia is deficiency fundamental and excess incidental, injured Yin, deficient Qi, blood stasis and heat toxin, clinically appearing both deficiency of Qi and Yin, excess heat toxin and blood stasis, its big therapy is to activate blood circulation to remove stasis on the base of nourishing Qi and Yin to moisten lung and clearing heat to remove toxin.
