妊娠期抗菌药物的合理应用

Reasonable Application of Antimicrobial in Pregnant Period

目的为进一步掌握妊娠期妇女使用抗菌药物减少对胎儿和母体的影响。方法根据抗菌药物对胎儿影响程度不同,参照美国食品和药物管理署(FDA)的等级标准进行分类。结果妊娠期抗菌药物的选择,参照FDA等级标准可分为B、C、D三类。即妊娠期可选用的抗菌药物(B类),妊娠期慎用的抗菌药物(C类),妊娠期禁用的抗药药物(D类)。结论妊娠期抗菌药物的合理应用及正确选择,在妇产科临床中显得至关重要。要求临床医生既要参照妊娠期药代动力学改变的数据,又要坚持妊娠期用药的基本原则。

[Objective] Further understand how the pregnant women use antimicrobial to reduce the effect on the mother and fetas. [Method] Under the different effects of antimicrobial on fetas, make classification according to the grade standard of American Food and Drug Administration（FDA）. [Result] The antimicrobial used in pregnant period can be divided into 3 classes： /3, C, D. The antimicrobial can be used （B）, those must be carefully applied（C） , and must not be used（D） in pregnant period. [Conclusion] It is very important for obstetrical and gynecological clinic to reasonably and correctly choose the antimicrobial in pregnant period. It needs clinical doctors not only refer to the data of dynamics change of medicine metabolism, but insist on the basic principle of drug administration in pregnant period.
