This paper analyzed the hydrocylinder synchronization problem of the light - duty hydraulic plate shear drived by double hydrocylinders. It also analyzed the stress problem of the top knife block when the two hydrocylinders lies in its limited position and the stress problem of the Plate Shear when it cuts the workpiece.
