Discussion on universal lathe reformation by using CNC system and remanufacturing technology

基于对C6136型车床的再制造实践,介绍了普通车床数控化再制造的意义、一般步骤及主要内容,探讨了普通车床数控化再制造的技术要点。这项技术有利于大量旧机床的重新利用和技术升级,是一项适合我国国情的绿色制造技术。

Based on practice of the remanufacture for lathe C6136, this paper introduces the meaning, common process and main contents of universal lathe reformation by using CNC system. Some key remanufacturing technology are discussed in detail. This remanufacturing technology will advantage the reuse and technique upgrade of a large quantity of the old machine. Meanwhile, it is a green manufacturing technology fitting for China.
