摘要
针对数控钢筋矫直切断机剪切系统的数学模型,引入计数定时器测试方案,明确定尺误差各因素所占的比例,解决了高速信号实时检测的难题,实现对数控钢筋矫直切断机数控系统的在线检测,为数控系统性能测试开辟了一条可靠实效的道路。
Aimed at the cutting system math model of the numerical control bars straightening & cutting machine, testing blue print of programmable count timer is introduced in this paper. Proportion of every length -fixing error is ensured and the real - time testing problem of high - speed signal is solved. Online testing of the numerical control bars straightening & cutting machine is realized, one credible and actual effective road on testing of numerical system capability is inaugurated.
