摘要 脂溶性维生素是一类维持动物正常生理功能所必需的低分子有机化合物,在体内主要以辅酶和催化剂的形式广泛参与体内营养素的合成与降解,从而保证机体组织器官的细胞结构和功能的正常,以维持动物正常的健康和各种生产活动。就各种脂溶性维生素生理营养作用、饵料中含量异常对鱼类健康的危害及常见鱼类的需要量进行了介绍。
