摘要
苦荞麦种子经不同的植物生长调节剂以及不同浓度的溶液浸种,对出苗和幼苗生长有不同的影响.用低浓度(1~100mg/L)的α-萘乙酸液浸种能促进出苗和幼苗的生长,浓度过高(500mg/L)有抑制作用;较高浓度(100~500mg/L)的赤霉酸会降低出苗率,但能促进地上部分的生长和干物质的增加;N6-苄基腺嘌呤降低出苗率,但能促进根叶生长;多效唑抑制幼苗生长的同时却能增加叶绿素含量,但低浓度(1 mg/L)多效唑液表现出促进幼苗生长的效应.
That soaked with different plant growth regulator and different concentration solution will have different influence on tartary buckwheat seeds shooting and seedling growth, low concentration solution ( 1 - 100 mg/L) of NAA soaking can promote seeds shooting and seedling growth, while higher concentration (500 mg/L) has a restrictive effect;A high concentration solution of GA3 lowers the seedling rate, but enhances the growth of plant above earth and adds the weight of dry matter, 6-BA lowers seedling rate, but promotes the growth of roots and leaves, a low concentration solution( 1 mg/L) MET promotes seedling growth ,while a higher concentration has a distinctive restrictive effect.
