理工科大学生口才培养刍议

On Eloquence Training of Undergraduates Majoring in Science and Technology

随着社会竞争的加剧和人才观念的变革,对理工科大学生的口才素质要求越来越高。通过分析目前理工科大学生的口才水平现状、存在问题及其原因,提出了加强理工科大学生口才培养的若干措施:加快教育改革、全面推进素质教育;完善口才学科建设并将其纳入大学课程体系;加强普通话的推广;重视大学校园人文素质环境和口才文化营造等。

The more and more competitive society and the reformation of ideas on talent bring great challenges to the conversational power of undergraduates majoring in science and technology nowadays. This paper explores the state of undergraduate＇s capacity for vocal expression, analyzes relevant problems and causes, and some proposals for promoting the eloquence training of undergraduates majoring in science and technology are put forward as follows, to expedite the educational reforms and carry on the quality education; to develop the eloquence subject as an undergraduate courses to perfection; to attach importance to the popularization of Putonghua, the improvement of humanities education environment and eloquence culture, etc.
