我国高等教育公平缺失的原因探析

Analysis of the Reasons about the Impartiality Deficiencies in China's Higher Education

我国高等教育公平缺失的问题一直是国内教育界探讨的一个重要课题,很长时间以来,学术界大多从经济的角度进行了有效的探析,但缺乏深层次的研究。实际上我国二元社会结构失重造成的社会性制约;高等教育制度的缺损造成的制度性制约;传统思想及观念的束缚造成的文化性制约,才是导致我国高等教育公平缺失的重要原因。

Impartiality Deficiencies in China＇s Higher Education have been an important subject to explore in the educational field. The academic analysis is usually done economically, lacking deep- seated research. In fact, the important reasons leading to the impartiality deficiencies in China＇s Higher Education are the following： the social constraints caused by the weightlessness of dual social structure; the systematic constraints caused by the imperfectness of Higher education system and the cultural constraints caused by ideological shackles of the traditional ideas and concepts.
