教育信息化投资问题与对策探析

On the Problem and Countermeasures of Education Informatization Investment

教育信息化建设对于转变教育观念,促进教学改革,加快教育发展和管理手段的现代化有着积极作用。目前我国教育信息化建设还存在着投资不足、经费分配不合理、投资利用效率低等问题。我们认为,通过建立健全教育信息化投资体制,增加经费投入,合理分配教育信息化经费,提高教育信息化投资利用效率,能够促进教育信息化建设顺利发展。

The construction of education informatization takes active role in transforming education concept, improving teaching reform, quickening modernization of educational development and management measure. There are problems in our education informatization construction, such as, funds resources is short, investment is not enough, allotment of funds is unreasonable, utilization of investment is low and so on. We assume that we can enhance the fluent development of construction of education informatization through the following measures： to build the healthy investment system of education informatization, put more money in it; to allot reasonably the funds of education informatization; to improve the utilization of investment of education informatization.
