摘要
农业信息化是通过信息和知识及时、准确、有效的获取、处理、传播和应用,把农业信息迅速地传送到农民手中,实现农业生产、管理、营销信息化,推进传统农业改造升级,从而大幅度提高农业生产效率以及经营和管理的决策水平的过程。
Information-based Agriculture means the timely, proper and valid acquirement, treatment, dissemination and application through information and knowledge. It can immediately transmit the agricultural information to those farmers to realize the information-based production, management and marketing and to promote the innovation and upgrade of traditional agriculture. Therefore, it will greatly improve efficiency and management of agricultural production.
