肝移植患者术后环孢素A血药浓度分析

摘要 目的探讨肝移植患者术后环孢素A(CsA)的合适用量及有效血药浓度范围。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法对7例肝移植患者术后1~790dCsA全血谷浓度进行监测,共136次,并对监测结果进行分析。结果肝移植患者术后出现不良反应的谷浓度为(542.09±97.36)ng/mL,出现排斥反应的谷浓度为(67.05±33.92)ng/mL。结论跟踪监测肝移植患者术后不同时间段的CsA血药浓度,对临床提高肝移植患者的生存率,减少CsA的不良反应具有积极意义。 Objective To study the suitable dose and effective blood concentration of cyclosporin A by monitoring the blood concentration of patients after liver transplantation,and to supply the theoretic basis for clinical rational administration of drug. Methods 136 cases' cyclosporin A blood concentrations in 7 liver transplant recipients were determined by FPIA; the results were analyzed. Results The valley density was (542. 09±97.36)ng/mL, in which the patients after liver transplantation appeared adverse drug reaction, the valley density was (67.05±33.92)ng/mL in which the patients appeared rejection reaction. Conclusion Monitoring cyclosporin A blood concentration can be used to increase the patients' survival rate,reduce adverse reaction, as well as guide rational use of cyclosporin A.
