摘要
本应在市场经济环境下发展的中国职业足球产业,却在地方政府非市场手段干预下,形成了足球俱乐部各种行为的扭曲,其中之一便是“限薪”难以贯彻实施;球员的高薪成为一种失真的信号,进而造成激励机制的缺失和分配性努力的加剧。
The Chinese football industry, which should have been healthily developed under the market economy, has been distorted under the non-market intervening of the local government. The salary limita- tion policy is hard to execute. The abnormal high salary of the football players has become a sign of the distortion and of the loss of stimulation system.
