摘要
教师参与课程开发已成为世界基础教育课程改革的发展趋势,分析了教师参与课程开发的理念背景,从教师发展、课程发展、学生发展三方面探讨了教师参与课程开发的现实意义。
At present, teachers' participation in the curriculum development has become a tendency in the revolution of elementary educational courses. This essay makes a deep analysis of the theoretical background of the teachers' participation in the curriculum development, and discusses the realistic meaning of the teachers' participation in the curriculum development from the perspectives of the development of the teachers, curriculum and the students.
