摘要 应用刮膜式分子蒸馏装置对从大豆油脱臭馏出物中提取维生素E进行了研究。考察了蒸馏温度、进料速率、刮膜器转子转速3个因素对维生素E产品纯度和收率的影响。实验采用两次蒸馏方式,第一次蒸馏温度100℃,操作压力0.5~1.5Pa;第二次蒸馏温度150℃,操作压力0.1~0.4Pa。进料温度100℃,进料速率1.0mL/min,刮膜器转子转速120r/min,经过两次分子蒸馏,维生素E含量由原来的8.46%提高到49.5%。 The tocopherol preparation from deodorizer distillate by wiped film molecular distillator was studied. The effect of operating parameters , such as distillation temperature, feed flow rate, and agitating speed were examined on the purity and yield of tocopherol. The experiment was carried out by two times molecular distillation. The optimal process conditions for the molecular distillation were as follows:the distillation temperature in the first time 100 ℃, system pressure O. 5 - 1.5 Pa; the temperature of the second molecular distillation 150 ℃, system pressure O. 1 ~0. 4 Pa, feed temperature 100℃, the feed flow rate 1.0 mL/min, the agitating speed 120 r/min. The content of tocopherol were increased from 8.46% to 49. 5% .
