六月霜花果总黄酮水提取工艺研究

Study on water extraction technology of flavonoid compounds in Artemisia anomala S Moore flower

在不同条件下提取六月霜花果中总黄酮,结果表明:提取温度、提取时间和溶剂体积对总黄酮提取量都有不同程度的影响。通过正交试验得出六月霜花果总黄酮提取最佳条件是(以1g六月霜花果为基准):溶剂体积为40ml,提取时间为60min,提取温度为100℃。

Results of extracting flavonoid compounds from the flower of Artemisia anomala S Moore. under different conditions show that extracting temperature, extracting time and solvent volume all affect the amount of total extrated flavone. The best conditions of extracting flavonoid compounds from lg samare are： extracting temperature 100℃, extracting time 60min, solvent 40ml.
