各种动物角膜对不同Dk值透气性硬性隐形眼镜的反应

The Effects of Different Dk Value Rigid Gas permeable Contact Lenses (RGPCL)on the Animal Cornea by Extended Wear

利用Ｄｋ２３×１０－１１和Ｄｋ１０５×１０－１１两种透气性硬性隐形眼镜，进行家兔、猫和狗眼的长期连续戴用实验，观察对角膜产生的各种影响。家兔戴镜眼角膜厚度增加明显，猫和狗眼变化较小，不同Ｄｋ值引起的变化无显著性差异。病理组织学检查结果显示Ｄｋ２３镜片家兔眼戴六个月后，猫眼戴十个月后，ＰＡＳ染色性低下，Ｄｋ１０５镜片戴用眼基本保持正常的染色性。扫描和透射电镜观察未发现明显的角膜损害。角膜内皮镜观察两种镜片戴用后，内皮细胞面积和六角形细胞比率的变化未出现显著性差异。提示Ｄｋ１０５镜片的安全性高，可用于人眼的长期戴用。

e selected 13 albino rabbits,4 cats and 2 dogs to wear Dk 23 RGPCL in one eye,and Dk 105 RGPCL in the fellow eye for 10 months.The corneal ultrasonic pachymetry and specular microscopy were performed before lens wear and at one week or one month intervals during the lens wear.There was a greater increase in coneal thickness in the rabbit eyes fitted with Dk 23 RGPCL(12.5～18.0%)than with Dk 105 RGPCL(5.5～13.5%)during the 6 months.There was minimal change of cat and dog eyes fitted with either lens.No significant polymegathism or pleomorphism of coneal endothelial cells was observed after CL wear.Pathological and histological studies were performed on the cat and dog corneas after 10 months CL wear,no remarkable damage to coneal tissues was seen by light and electron microscopy.
