摘要 报告应用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)与医用涤纶布制成复合性植入物矫正眼球摘除术后眼窝凹陷的动物实验研究。结果术后各组伤口均愈合良好,眼组织与涤纶布形成牢固粘连,与PMMA无粘连。病理见涤纶纤维周围结缔组织长入并形成包绕。表明应用PMMA-涤纶布复合植入物,术后不易脱出或移位,不吸收,具有良好的活动度。涤纶布对组织愈合有诱导作用,植入物一次成形,手术操作简单。 e used dacron and PMMA complex as an implant for rabbits which had been enucleated in order to correct the hollow of the orbit.After operation,the wound healed well.The tissue adhered to dacron,but there was no adhesion to PMMA.Pathologic study shows that dacron is surrounded and enclosed by fibroblasts and connective tissue.The results suggest that using dacron and PMMA complex as an implant has several advantages:It can move freely in all directions;It is not easy to protrude;It can not be absorbed.Dacron can induce the healing of the tissus.The implant can be formed easily.The operation is simple and the patients suffer from less pain.
