转移因子对单疱病毒性角膜炎患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

The Influence of Red Blood Cell Immunity and Transfer Factor on HSK

目的研究单疱病毒性角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）患者红细胞免疫功能状态，观察转移因子（ＴＦ）对ＨＳＫ患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法４２例ＨＳＫ患者随机分为对照组（２０例）和ＴＦ治疗组（２２例），３～４周后检测红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＣＲ）和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＩＣＲ）。结果ＨＳＫ患者红细胞免疫功能低下，ＴＦ治疗前后ＲｃＲ差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），与对照组比较亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＴＦ能显著提高ＨＳＫ患者的红细胞免疫功能。

revious studies have suggested that HSK is associated with a decrease in the cellular immunity of patients and most of those studies have focussed on the changes in T cell medicated immunity.To date,there is little inf ormation about the relation between HSK and RBC immunity.In this paper we studied the RBC immunity of patients with HSK and determined the influence of transfer factor (TF) on the RBC immunity of these patients.RBC mediated immunity decreased along with the reduction of T cell mediated immunity.TF increased RBC mediated immunity and there was a significant difference between the treated and the control groups (P<0.01).
