摘要
结合两段提升管催化裂化(TSRFCC)工艺特点开发的多产丙烯催化剂LTB-2在实验室小型提升管装置上的评价表明,该催化剂具有良好的多产丙烯的效果。LTB-2催化剂的工业试验结果表明:当添加量达系统藏量的20%时,液化石油气收率约19%,丙烯收率达到6.83%,而且多产丙烯的稳定性非常理想。
The catalyst LTB-2 for maximized propylene developed based upon the special features of two- stage riser FCC process (TSRFCC) exhibited excellent performance in maximizing propylene production in the laboratory test on riser FCC pilot plant. In the trial on the commercial unit, the gasoline yield was 19% and propylene yield was 6.83% when the addition of the catalyst addition was 20% of the inventory. The catalyst stability for maximized propylene is satisfactory.
