摘要
由于早期使用的人工时统计程序已经过时,因此需要对原有的统计方法进行改革,进行新的人工时统计系统的开发。新系统采用浏览器／服务器(简称B／S)结构和关系型数据库管理系统,集数据采集、数据处理、数据维护和报表生成于一体,提高了人工时统计的及时性、准确性和可分析性;为积累项目实耗工时的历史数据提供了有效手段;为形成工时定额标准奠定了基础;同时为项目投标报价阶段人工时的估算提供了可靠依据。
As the old man-hour statistic system is outdated, a new system needs to be developed. The new man-hour statistic management information system, which applies Browser/Server framework and Relational Database Management System （ RDBMS）, is integrated with functions of data acquisition, data processing, data maintenance and report print-out. These have improved the timeliness, accuracy and analyzability of man-hour statistics and provided an effective means for accumulating the historical data of man-hours worked and a reliable basis for the required man-hour estimate in project proposal.
