水稻苗期聚乙二醇胁迫与田间抗旱性的遗传分析 被引量:2

摘要 运用重组自交系对水稻苗期聚乙二醇(PEG)胁迫处理、复水第1天、复水第10天和水、旱田条件下抗旱系数进行比较发现:这4个性状遗传力较低,受环境条件影响较大;QTL定位,共检测到59个QTL位点,其中有29个为加性效应位点,30个为上位性效应位点,加性效应贡献率较上位性效应大,以加性效应为主。苗期PEG胁迫、复水第1天、复水第10天和抗旱系数在基因表达调控方面是不同的,分别受不同基因位点控制。 By comparing PEG treatment (PT), rewatering one day (ROD), rewatering ten days (RTD) of rice shoot with index of drought resistance (IDR) in lowland and upland, we found that the heritability of these four traits was low, and was affected easily by environmental condition; And we detected 59 QTLs, 29 additive QTLs and 30 epistatic effect sites. The contribution of additive is greater than epistatic, as the main. The expression and regulations of PEG stress, rewatering one day ,rewatering ten days at seedling stage with the index of drought resistance was different, and was controlled by different gene sites.
