摘要
针对某厂热法磷酸生产尾气排放P2O5超标,以及工厂的实际情况,核算了该尾气系统的尾气量和空气过剩系数,并对运行工况进行了分析。指出文丘里除雾器喉管气速过高,复挡除沫器进口气速偏高是尾气排放带沬严重的主要原因,并对其他影响因素提出了解决措施。
For the excessive P_2O_5 in the offgas discharged from thermal-process phosphoric acid production in a plant,as well as the actual conditions in the plant,the offgas quantity and excess air ratio in the offgas system are calculated,and the operating conditions are analyzed.It is pointed out that the main causes for severe foam carryover in the offgas are high gas velocity in the throat of Venturi mist eliminator and the high gas velocity at the inlet of multi-baffle demister.Some countermeasures against other influential factors are also proposed.
