环丙沙星对蚊体细菌及蚊受精、产卵、寿命影响的研究

Effects of ciprofloxacini on bacteria in Anopheles stephensi and on the fertility, oviposition and life span of the mosquito

斯氏按蚊幼虫饲养水和成虫喂饲糖水中加入１μｇ／ｍｌ或２μｇ／ｍｌ环丙沙星，观察环丙沙星对蚊体内细菌的杀灭作用，发现二种剂量的药物与正常对照相同，蚊唾液腺中都含有大量细菌，但２μｇ／ｍｌ环丙沙星在体外能完全杀灭蚊唾液腺中的细菌。饲养水和喂饲糖水中加入２μｇ／ｍｌ或１００μｇ／ｍｌ环丙沙星，观察环丙沙星对蚊受精、产卵和寿命的影响情况，２μｇ／ｍｌ组、１００μｇ／ｍｌ组和对照组雌蚊受精率分别为５５％、７０％、７５％，每组雌蚊平均产卵各为５３、５８、５１，雌蚊４８ｄ存活率分别为７３％（１４６／２００）、７４％（１４８／２００）、７７．５％（１５５／２００），雄蚊４８ｄ存活率分别为４６％（１３８／３００）、４６％（１３８／３００）、４０％（１２０／３００）。结果说明环丙沙星在体外能有效杀灭蚊体细菌且对蚊受精、产卵。

After the larvae and adults of Anopheles stephensi were fed with a sugar solution containing ciprofloxacini 1 μg/ml and 2 μg/ml respectively, a large number of bacteria were found in the salivary glands of the mosquito. Nevertheless, ciprofloxacini of 2 μg/ml exerted absolute killing effect on the bacteria in vitro. When ciprofloxacini 2 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml was added to the feeding water, the fertility, oviposition and life span of A. stephensi were not significantly affected as compared with the control. The fertility rate was 55%, 70% and 75% for the 2 μg/ml group, 100 μg/ml group and the control group respectively. Each female mosquito ovipositted 53, 58 and 51 times on average respectively, and the survival rate on the 48th day was 73%, 74% and 77.5% for the female mosquitoes and 46%, 49% and 40% for the male ones respectively. These findings reveal that ciprofloxacini is able to kill the bacteria in the mosquito in vitro but does not affect the fertility, oviposition and life span of A. stephensi.
