摘要
阐述了武钢第二炼钢厂辊式电磁搅拌器的结构与原理。通过对电磁搅拌安装位置、电流强度、频率等参数的选择,确定了电磁搅拌最佳的工艺参数,同时经过一年多的应用表明,该辊式电磁搅拌器可以明显改善铸坯的凝固组织,提高铸坯的内部质量。
The structure and principle of In Roll-EMS adopted by No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO are introduced in the paper. Based on investigations in setting position, current intensity and frequency, optimal EMS parameters were determined. The practice of using EMS for a year showed that EMS played an important role in improving the solidification structure and inner quality of slab.
