等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层代替镀铬的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对镀铬和等离子喷涂的工艺特点,以及对镀铬层和等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的分析,指出镀铬虽可提高金属零件的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,但镀铬工艺会对环境造成严重污染;而等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层不但比镀铬层具有更高的硬度、更好的耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能,而且是一种无污染或低污染的生产工艺.根据陶瓷涂层目前的应用状况,认为用等离子喷涂技术代替镀铬技术具有良好的发展前景. The processing features and the properties of hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of plasma sprayed ceramic coating and chrome- plating coating are discussed. It is indicated that although the chrome-plating coating can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal parts, it pollutes the environment seriously. Compared with the chrome-plating coating, plasma sprayed ceramic coating has not only higher hardness and better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, but also the advantages of low pollution or pollution-free to the environment in the manufacture processing. It is believed that plasma sprayed ceramic coating in lieu of chromeplating coating may have a bright prospect.
