摘要
为了分析焊接过程中全桥式逆变主电路的工作过程,应用MatLab的powerlib模块库搭建了逆变主电路模型和电弧非线性负载模型.利用该模型可以对占空比、直流电抗器、RC吸收参数、变压器漏感、IGBT开关速度、短路频率以及焊接过程中燃弧和短路的时间等参数进行设置.模型运行后,可以得到在焊接过程中IGBT的Uce、Ic,变压器原副边的电压、电流,以及电弧电压、电流的仿真波形.电弧电压和电弧电流的仿真波形与实测波形基本符合,证明所建的主电路仿真模型是正确的.
In order to analyze the process of bridge inverter during welding, the main inverter circuit model and nonlinear load model of arc are set up by using powerlib in MatLab. Many parameters can be set in the two models. Those parameters include duty ratio, DC inductance, value of RC, transformer leakage, switch speed of IGBT, frequency of short circuit, time of arc and short circuit. Simulation waves such as Ic and Uce of IGBT and input/output voltage and current of transformer input side, voltage and current of arc, can be obtained and tested by experiment, which indicates the models developed in this paper are reasonable.
