摘要
从研究16MnR钢的硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤的角度出发,采用NACE标准弯曲梁试验法,通过分析16MnR钢试样在饱和H2S溶液中不同程度的硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤的冲击韧度,揭示了硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤程度不同,冲击韧度也不同;而且随着硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤程度的增加,冲击韧度呈总体下降趋势。当硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤时间达到应力腐蚀断裂时间的0.5倍时,试样开始出现宏观裂纹。同时,也为从损伤角度研究其它钢材提供了一种尝试方法。
To make an investigation in the damage from H2S stress corrosion of 16MnR steel,NACE standard bent-beam test method is adopted to analyze the impact toughness of 16MnR steel specimen in saturated H2S solution. The result reveals that that the impact toughness is distinct with the difference of damage extent of H2S stress corrosion,and it is apt to decrease with the increase of the damage degree. While the time of H2Sstress corrosion damage is a half of the time of stress corrosioncracking,the macroscopical cracks start to appear on thespecimen.
