摘要
旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台的闭环控制是调制式旋转导向钻井系统的关键。巨大的动态冲击载荷引起的振动会严重影响稳定平台的正常工作和动力学性能。针对新开发设计的稳定平台,建立了振动模态分析的力学模型,利用有限元软件进行了稳定平台的振动模态分析,计算了其固有频率和振型。通过对计算结果的分析,认为应适当调整局部形状尺寸,尽量增大稳定平台刚度,为稳定平台的结构设计和动力学分析提供了理论依据。
The closed loop control of the stabilizing platform on the rotary steering drilling system is the key technique of the modulating rotary steering drilling system. Vibration caused byintense dynamic impact may have a serious affect on the normal operation and dynamic performance of the stabilizing platform. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the vibration modal of the platform. A mechanical model for the vibration modal analysis is established,and the vibration modal of the stabilizing platform is analyzed by means of FEA and the inherent frequencies and vibration modes are calculated and given.
