摘要 为防止过大的台风易造成平台上钻具倒斜,或因井筒内水泥塞泄漏造成井涌或井喷等事故,开发研制出一种用于海上钻井过程中防台风临时关井的专用井下工具——海洋钻井井下控制装置。该装置由61/8英寸钻井井下控制阀和133/8英寸多功能RTTS封隔器组成,可将钻具悬持在井中,密封井眼,起到很好的防台风临时弃井效果。现场使用情况表明,该装置结构合理,性能先进,各项技术指标均达到设计和施工要求,抗台风能力强,提高了钻井作业效率,取得了较好经济效益及社会效益。 To prevent drilling tool collapse and inclination caused by hurricane on platform or to prevent accidents of kick or blowout induced by cement plug leakage within the wellbore,a special downhole tool,the downhole control unit used for offshore drilling of temporary shutdown for hurricane proof is developed. The unit is composed of a 6 1/8' downhole drilling control valve and a 6 1 /8' RTTS multifunction packer. Drilling tool is hung in the well to seal the wellbore,by which temporary well abandonment effect is achieved for hurricane proof. Field application shows that its structure is rational,its performance is advanced and technical indexes are satisfied with the requirements of design and operation.
